• If you request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email, we will not ship the order and will process the refund within five business days. Please note that the refund may be subject to deductions for any logistics costs incurred within China (from the warehouse to the port), but if those costs have not yet been incurred, no deductions will apply.
• If you request a refund after receiving the shipping notification email, you may not be able to process it immediately, as the goods will already be in transit internationally. In this case, you will need to wait until you receive the goods to initiate the refund process.

• You are responsible for all return shipping and transportation related costs. Please send the product package back after completing the shipping payment.
• Special reminder: Currently, Surfsprite's shipping location is in China, and the company bears the transportation costs when shipping orders; When returning a product, you will need to pay for the cross-border shipping cost yourself, which may be an expensive expense. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Fill out our 30-Day Returns Form here with all necessary information and applicable images to confirm the product is in like-new condition.
2. A Customer Service Specialist will contact you regarding your return within five business days after you submit the 30-Day Return Form. Our specialist may request additional information about the return at that time, and will provide you with the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
3. Please return all items to at the address provided by the Customer Service Specialist and completing the shipping payment. You must include all originally included parts and accessories along with the RMA number and return form.
Failure to provide the RMA number and return form can lead to delays in the return processing.
4. Once the product arrives at our Company, our returns team will inspect the returned product and if the product is not in a condition like new, or is missing any parts or accessories, we will notify our customer service specialists, which may result in a reduction in the return amount or a rejection of the return request.
5. A refund is normally processed within seven business days after we receive the returned product. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the refund has been issued.
6. If a refund is issued, it may take a few business days before the refund is reflected in your account.
