If your order requires freight shipping,the carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Please ensure your contact information (email and phone number) is accurate to avoid any delays. Should the carrier be unable to reach you, or if you cannot accept the delivery, additional storage fees may apply.
A person aged 18 or older must be present to accept all freight deliveries, and assistance may be required to unload items from the truck. Before signing for your order, inspect it thoroughly. The delivery driver should wait until you have confirmed the item’s condition before departing. Please note that external box damage does not always indicate product damage, and undamaged packaging does not guarantee the product’s condition.
Once you sign for an order, neither party can file a claim with the carrier. If you discover any damage during delivery, write “Refused due to damage” on the bill of lading, refuse the shipment, and return it to the driver. Take photos of the damaged product and the bill of lading showing “Refused due to damage,” and email these along with your order details (order number, product name, quantity) to support@surfsprite.com. We will use this information to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arrange for a replacement product.
